Live Course Policy (ILT/VILT)

1. Registration and Course Selection

1.1 By registering, you confirm that you have reviewed the course details and that the course aligns with your objectives.
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the selected course meets your expectations.
1.3 If you require assistance before enrolling, you must indicate this in the registration form. Arkaz may contact you to provide guidance.


2. Participant Information

2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address.
2.2 Arkaz is not responsible for communication failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.


3. Payment and Confirmation

3.1 Your seat in the course is confirmed only upon:

  • Full payment of course fees in advance; or

  • Receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO), or equivalent, from your employer

3.2 Payments made via debit/credit card, cheque, or bank transfer must originate from an account in your name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
3.3 You must provide valid proof of payment (receipt or transfer confirmation) to complete your registration.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Course fees are non-refundable once the course is confirmed.
4.2 A full refund is granted only if Arkaz cancels or postpones the course three (3) or more times within three (3) months from the original course date.
4.3 In such cases, Arkaz will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling preferences.
4.4 Approved refunds may be issued using a payment method different from the original transaction.


5. Course Delivery

5.1 Arkaz reserves the right to change course trainers at any time if necessary to maintain quality standards.


6. Attendance and Certification

6.1 Participants must attend 100% of the course sessions to qualify for certification.
6.2 Participants must complete all required course assignments to be eligible for certification.


7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Participants are required to maintain a professional learning environment.
7.2 The following are strictly prohibited unless authorized by the trainer:

  • Use of mobile phones during sessions

  • Side conversations

  • Leaving the classroom

  • Taking photos or recordings


8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All course materials are the intellectual property of Arkaz and its partners.
8.2 Participants may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce course materials in any form.
8.3 Participants are not permitted to use Arkaz materials for teaching or training purposes.


9. Attendance Exceptions

9.1 All absences must be approved in advance by the Training Manager.
9.2 Exceptions are granted only in the case of the death of a first-degree relative (e.g., parent or sibling).
9.3 In other cases, absences are not permitted. However, participants may request permission to leave early to attend funeral prayers.


10. Emergency and Remote Attendance

10.1 In the event of transportation-related emergencies (including road closures, weather conditions, or security issues), participants must attend the session online using the provided link.


11. Illness and Makeup Sessions

11.1 In case of illness, participants are expected to attend sessions online where possible.
11.2 If unable to attend, a verifiable medical report must be submitted.
11.3 Eligible participants may receive a one-on-one makeup session, subject to availability.
11.4 The participant bears the full cost of any makeup session.


12. Online Participation Requirements

12.1 Online participants must keep their cameras on at all times for identity verification and engagement purposes.
12.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and adequate technical setup.


13. Post-Course Communication

13.1 Arkaz may contact participants after course completion via email, phone, or SMS for follow-up and to share relevant updates or content.
13.2 Participants may opt out of such communications at any time.


14. Acceptance of Terms

14.1 By registering for a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
